Another nice Thanksgiving celebration giving thanks and good fellowship. Kids keeping busy with various activities as usual. Not quite as many people as recent years but a great meal and lots of laughs.
Of course the most noticeable absentee was Jake who was in Canmore Alberta Canada on a 10 ski training camp with his St Scholastica ski team. Jake reported incredible skiing, tons of snow for late November and a successful camp fine tuning for the upcoming race season.
The plate. Always just as good if not better the second and third....day after.
Jonell did an amazing job setting everything up with a unique touch.
Didn't quite get the back rink ready, just missing it by a few days but one of the nearby ponds providing some great ice and fun pond hockey.
Very light dusting of snow making it possible for a Thanksgiving morning ski. Pretty slim pickings but the skis were gliding and a beautiful morning. Always good to get the fast growing Hudson out to burn some energy.
