Sunday, September 16th, Jonell's dad, Rodney passed away. Grandpa Rodney was a great man and lived his life to the fullest. Most of the memories we have were at the lake cabin but he was always there to support his family and grandchildren and their activities. Rodney was probably one of the biggest supporters of the blog, always making comments of various posts. Only proper to have a post dedicated to him. We always had good conversation about nature and weather which I treasured. He will be missed deeply by family and friends.
All smiles upon delivery of his new pontoon two years ago.
Taking the grandkids for a ride in the jeep.
Soldier Hollow Utah, supporting Jake at Jr Nationals.
Loved the life at the lake cabin and was happiest on the shores and water of south twin.
Cooking up dogs with the grandkids.
Chequemegon Fat Tire Festival 2009.
Another beautiful sunset on south twin. Moments he loved.
Video below from the fourth of July this year. Rest in Peace.....
