Whoops!!! I hit enter and didn't finish the text. Anyways.....Jonell brought Lucky in this afternoon. Poor Lucky, he is used to swiming in the swamps and running in the woods. They found three deer ticks on him. It doesn't surprise me. Jonell came back home then I swung through DL to pick him up then went to MHD for the cross action at Johnson Park. After cross, went back to DL to pick the kids up at church who Jonell dropped off on her way down to St. Cloud!! Whew?!? Her brother Ryan had a new baby girl yesterday. Their fourth. Two boys two girls. I now have 8 nephews and 2 neices. Sweet.

Cross was fun. Great conditions, 40 degrees and some kicking wind from the south, drizzle and a little sticky mud from the 2" of rain earlier in the day. I thought it would be muddier. It was good. I felt better then I thought. It was hard, especially since I have only been on the bike once basically since Cheq. (2 1/2 weeks) Slight chance I might hit the cross race in Rebecca I think it is this weekend. We could go back to St. Cloud and see the baby and I would take the boys for the afternoon for the race.

My dad drove through the snow that hit the Dakota north. He was driving back from SASK and said he drove through snow for about 7 hours. Tough driving. The deepest he saw was 6-8" and the worst driving was from WPG to TRF because it was snowing so hard. Crazy stuff. The worst October snow storm since record keeping for central ND. They are saying maybe 2" tonight for us. If we get that, I'll get the skis out and Jake, Jon and maybe Jack will ski before getting on the bus.
