This morning felt like full blown winter with the wind, cold temps and snow blowing all over the place. You can smell it to. I love it. Once I got the bobcat going again I hit it hard on Tues;. before this storm came raoaring in and I felt like Pig Pen it was so dry and dusty so it is good to see this moisture.. Man, the wind is howling tonight. Yikes. I rode for about a hour tonight and things started to ice up pretty good on the bike at the end making it a bit dicey on the singletrack sections. Jake took the jibs out after school and made a jump. Pretty sticky. If it freezes good tonight I might try heading out to Suicide for some repeats. It would be cool it Eric can pull it off for Sat and Sun. With the ground so warm, it will be interesting to see if the base can hold out from underneath. Grooming dry snow on top of warm ground and sticky snow is strange for lack of better words. Geez, with all the whining and complaining about this blast about early winterlik weather, you would think people would embrace global warming.  Posted by Picasa
