A great day for the Lotvola Cup. Wynn ripped it up. Afterwards, Owen Baird comes up to him and says "yeah, you are fast but I skied Govenors yesterday" So did Wynn!! These are days you dream about for your main event and we nailed it. I woke up at 3am and groomed the course until 8am. 12km, 5 hours. Crazy. I did the tracks on the lake in the afternoon. Ideally I would of done the course from 7pm to midnight but didn't have the time. Need a two hour nap anyways. Yikes. Jake had a fantastic race. He and Dylan will help push each other along nicely.
Great matchups for the state hockey on Thurs. Going down with my dad, Jon and a couple of his buddies and hook up with Bruce. Want to try and ski Woodland but might wait until the week after. Should have the UCI posters down this week. Speaking of hockey, Jon scored 8 goals this weekend over the three games they played. The team is doing great. A very solid team. They have a big tourney this weekend so will be interesting to see how they do.
