Jack swimming where it "was kinda hot, kinda cool" Swim up, float down.Race pace lap last night coming in at 36:53. Was shooting for a sub 36 but didn't have it in the legs. Jake did a "hot" lap in 38:40. Said he couldn't hold that though for 3 laps. Should be close to a 2 hour race for him and I expect the winning times around 1:45 to 1:50 for Expert, 1:20 for Comp and 1:05 for Sport. Almost a inch of rain Tues night really set things up nicely. Blowing all the singletrack today.
