Thursday morning we met Jake and Lars and then went to Sol Vista and met Trent. Jake, Trent and I rode a lap of their course. Course starts at about 9000 and almost makes it to 10. Felt pretty good. I am sure I will feel it on Saturday. Lars rode a hot lap of his course which is a shorter loop but everyone does a pretty intense, fresh cut singletrack downhill with some steep drops. Super dusty, rutted bumpy and dry. Typical mountain racing. Lars races at noon and Trent races at 2. Haven't seen Jack Hinkens but he races right after Lars. Jake races 8am Saturday morning so that will be early and then I will be mid afternoon so we will see how things play out. Will be fun watching everyone race and catch the action. Hope to see some other Midwest riders. Good luck everyone.
