Had the cousins from the south last week to attend hockey camp with Jens in DL.
After camp all day in town, continued at night at home. Jon giving some pointers.
Sunday night they thought working out was the real deal. They wanted to wake up at 5am next morning to work out again but I said wait til end of the day and see how you feel. Thought for sure they were going to konk out on the way home but get home and still going strong. Endless energy. Plenty of tales to go along and to numerous to mention. Solid good times and all part of summer.

After last session on last day, headed to Alex for Jon's last tourney for the summer with Ice Hogs. Met Uncle TJ at airport where he brought Jonell's parents up from the cities and picked up Grant and Garrett. Too confusing to explain the whole story.
Won the tourney to finish 17-0-1 on the season. Great kids, great parents, great coaching. Nothing but positive things to say about the whole deal. Saturday night we caught a hour of the races at Viking Speedway. Could of stayed longer but kids were ready to go. Scene was a riot.
Jake was on house duty while we were gone. Went out riding and got to end of driveway and found a dog. Dog started following him so he brought it back and put in "cat house".



Day three and we still have the dog. Made call to all the boarding kennels, talked to UPS driver, Richwood Store, etc. Jonell bought a collar and tomorrow goes to vet to get shots. Camp kids calling him Carlos. Think it is a coon hound. Big feet. Bit ironic the dog shows up pretty much 13 years to the date Lucky showed up.
