Mowing through the pines with Jensy today. We touched up the course for the Pumpkin Run on Saturday. For the heck of it I thought I would try to find a path through these pines and I did, wide enough for the bobcat so this section will be part of the course. Jens thought it was pretty cool so we made 3 trips through the pines for kicks.

Yesterday I had four irons in the fire so I didn't think I would be able to make it to MB Johnson for Wed night cross. I was helping Peter haul rocks up three sets of scaffolding and helping Bob get the floor ready on the candy store addtion for a pour. But all of a sudden everyone was done at 4 and I was in the clear. I was amped and felt good for only riding 2-3 times the past week, not more then a hour. Pat L and I got away after the second lap and Pat got a gap when I sat up for just a bit but then I punched it again and caught back up to him but couldn't come around at the end. It was good fun and a beautiful night. Tons of geeze near the sugar beet plant. I wonder if anyone has tried hunting them. I watched them set their wings and land for a while which is coolio beaneo. Yeah, I can't wait for winter either. I think we are gonna get pounded in mid November. Probably just wishful thinking but things are setting up nicely.
