Jonell made a wind chime from some old chain rings I have. It works quite nicely. Even has a old biopace ring in there. Think that came of the Trek 8700 which was one of the first carbon/combo frames Trek did.

Lars Ellefson came to ride the other day with Jake and I. He was the one I helped out with his ski training a bit and we skied at Itasca once this past winter. It was his second time on the Expert course. He pretty much cleans everything. Get done and its like he hadn't even ridden. Very low key kid with no ego. He is racing Jr. Sport at Mon Du Lac so we will see what happens.

Sister here with her four boys so it has been plenty hectic around the house. Out for pizza last night at Shoreham and Redhawks game in Fargo tonight. Jonell and my sister went to Fargo early so I have been on afternoon patrol. Jens crashed and it started to rain but looks to be stopping so will take them swimming now.

I wonder if any of the Duluth guys are gonna race their home course?
