Takk Hanne for Gol Frokost och Tran. Det kommer i dag. Yes, cod liver oil and Norwegian Muslix. I used to take Tran when I lived in Norway because the Norwegians said it was good for you. I didn't take it until this year when someone told my dad to for his shoulder and he had no pain after 4 weeks. So he told me to try it and I did and I asked a friend in Norway (now living in Denmark) to send some over for a trade. I sent her some Maplelag shirts for two more bags of Muslix. The oil must work because usually this time of year my shoulders and arms are numb but not this year. Still have put close to the same amount of hours grooming and shoveled way more this year than any other year. The evening after Lotvola Cup Jonell caught some of the stomach flu gunk and it went through the whole family. Both my dad and I felt it for about 12 hours but that was it.
March is a funny month. People just seem to act wierd. Maybe it is just me. Won't go into details. Probably the weather. For skiers, we start out with great snow and skiing, then go springlike then shot of snow today and colder temps. For bikers you might have 50-60 degrees than get slushed out. Sun feels warm but breeze blowing across the snowy fields or frozen lake can make it feel much colder. People get all excited about spring than snows today and blowing, blizzard like. Funny stuff. I'm just happy we can ski. Worked over Skaters today and will do North Loup tonight so should have at least a week more of skiing unless we hit 60 for a bunch of days.....
Posters and flyers will start printing tomorrow finally. Lots of little details to work out. Thinking of a trip to the cities to distribute some of the promo stuff. Was hoping to hook up with Bruce and ski a bunch of metro stuff but that doesn't look to happen now.
