Splash. Jens was in. Brothers thought that looked fun and Jens was all laughs so we all went back to the pickup pretty wet. Fun times. At least I didn't set them on a buffalo to take a picture like some parents out in Yellowstone or tell them to go pet the goats and grizzlies in Glacier.

I pulled the classic stupid parent park move telling the kids to move a bit more forward , wanting them to get closer to the waterfall.

Jake riding on the shore. Dang kid.
Jack is probably the least daring of them all but when it comes to climbing, he is leading the charge. We made our way home Wed night after some tourista stuff in Duluth. The north shore is a great place to visit but I don't think I could live up there. I need more wide open spaces. And I prefert the politiosocio landscape in the DL/Fargo area.
Had the Wenzels out last night along with Parker who hadn't been on his mountain bike in 2 years I think he said. We rode a lap of Sport/Expert and he was right there, beautiful night. I said he probably only dabbed twice on the course and he said no, 3-4. Parker keeps his handling skills fresh racing PRO in MN moto xc. Racing a 250 but a 125 for fun " I like to control the bike instead of the bike controlling me". He used to race the full MNSCS and then on off weekends would throttle twist before realizing that was just too much and now doing very well on the moto xc circuit. The circuit heads to Millville this weekend where the water issue came to question. Anyone out there remember mtb racing at Millville? Some really sweet singletrack and a crazy chute descent with basketball size rocks and what not. The only kicker was the whoops on the flats that just killed the back. Anyways, we fired up the parilla and had a nice grilling. Look forward to Loppet weekend and grilling for 125 or so. Should be a great way to end the weekend. Thanks to everyone who has signed up and supported the event.
