A most busy weekend for sure. Lots to write about but I'm too tired. Thanks to Kriston and her friend Julie for helping out. Steve took the two youngans out camping at midnight on Saturday, temp dropped down to 23. They had fun. Pumpkin Run to start the day. Jonell helped me with that and at noon she cranks things up for the wedding. She was flying. I was thinking about how many miles Jonell walked and figured at least 12 and that is probably pretty conservative. Moving tables, chairs, hauling stuff. A decision hadn't been made on whether it would be outside ceremony or inside so we set up for both (inside it was). Home at 2am then off to church to spend 6 hours helping with the meatball dinner. Today she washed 10 loads of laundry and got the house back in order. She is amazing.

The chuched served about 450 people which is pretty good for being out in the country. I didn't sample any meatballs of course.

Jonell's brother is switching jobs so he has this week off. We couldn't pull the docks in last time we tried to set it up so we planned today. I took Jens in for school and instead of coming home and then going back in, I stayed in and rode. I hate when that happens. Never made it over to the big hills by Pelican Lake and Franklin lake this year so went there today for a 45 miler and was awesome. Light winds, no knee warmers. Picked up all the kids, dropped Jack and Jon off at piano and Jake, Jens and I went to the lake cabin. We lucked out big time on the weather for dock pulling. Wow. Ryan was telling me about 1991, the year of the big Halloween storm where it dumped a ton of snow and they were pulling the dock in. It was so nasty the ducks weren't even flying. They were hanging on the shore. We were 2nd to last this year. Ryan was bummed, he likes to be the last one on the lake.
Not sure what Jake was looking at.
Nice to have the jeep to pull the lifts on to shore.

Afterwards we went up to Pinehurst to play bingo. Jonell's dad won 1500 a few weeks back so he is hooked. Between the four of us we won nothing. It was fun though.
