Fired up the South American snow machine today. Recent arrivals Pedro from Brazil and Danelo from Peru helped shovel some pickup loads of snow across the goat ranch road. Buddy Tieken must of got the call from the county engineer who probably heard it from the neighbors that the goat ranch road was too rough so he bladed it right down to the gravel. Not good for 20k grooming equipment and brand new rental skis so we put a 4-6" layer. First comment came from neighbor who was out skiing said it was nice to ski across. Wonder if anyone will complain.

Picked up tree yesterday at Menards. Probably first time I haven't cut one in 8-10 years. At the checkout had to make the comment to Jonell to pickup some Gorilla glue to keep the tree upright. Loved the look from the checkout person, like are you serious.
