This week was MEA. Kids had Wed, Thurs and Fri off. Jonell, Jake and Jess went to Montana state for a tour and I took the other three boys and two dogs up to I Falls for a few days to visit my sister and her four boys.
Lily and Carlos on first road trip. Traveled pretty good actually.
Cousins had school on Wednesday so we spent most of the day in Voyageurs National Park hiking around and rollerblading on the quiet roads. Beautiful park and only 10 miles away from the Falls.

Border patrol got word a pug like dog was in town so came by to make sure there would be no border crossing. We did go across though with the dogs not after getting pulled over for id check as it was suspicious I guess mom wasn't along and my black eye raises red flag!?!?
Stopped by the Fort Frances arena to check it out. The JR A team, "Lakers" were practicing. Didn't know the team existed.

I honestly did not know what Tim Hortons was and Jon's hockey mates from Canada said he had to stop in if he ever went to Canada. Good bagels.
Jon skated one night with the Bantams/1st year hs players for some 4 on 4 shinny. Another rink haven't been in to before. Jon knew a couple kids he played with in the spring. Nephew Peter gave me the run down on the other players.
