Most recent cc meet for Jack and Jon was in Fergus Falls at the Pebble Hills golf course just south of town. The weather couldn't of been better for a cc meet. Light breeze, cool temps and fresh air.

On the way down, we stopped at the Mexican store in Pelican Rapids to stock up on items we can't purchase in DL. We usually make a couple stops here each year attending on the way to attending kids events. A good selection of pinadas.
And a good selection of Japanese peanuts.
We had to pick up Jens near Frazee so we decided to take some back roads from Fergus, going through Underwood which we had never been through before. Beautiful country and nice drive on a gorgeous fall day. Halfway through or so we noticed the "Galaxy Inn". We were planning on stopping in Vergas to visit one of the fine dining establishments there but the Galaxy looked interesting.
Jonell had fried chicken and hash browns that could of fed four people. I had a plain old burger with fresh ground beef and a home made malt made with hard ice cream. It was great.
Fun stop, definitely would go there again.
The sunsets this time of year are always spectacular and the one that Thursday night didn't disappoint.
