For two hours today we had 7 boys. Then mid afternoon my Mom took nephew Marco back to I Falls and also took Jens along who will be gone until Wed. Might get more than 6 hours a sleep the next few nights. The Wenzel bros are here this week for VBS. Jonell and I are teaching the 3rd graders. Good think I am helping Jonell out as there are a couple of boys that are wound. Richwood Loppet loop again this morning. Took two more minutes off and that was on the road part of things. Probably would of been more but halfway through on the Loppet course, the rain opened up big time and all the roots and rocks got super slippery so I had to slow it down just a tad. I got chilled big time. It was upper 40's when I was out and the wind and damp made it downright cold compared to last weekend and esp. the weekend before. Have been alternating each week between the 9.8 and Fuel. I think it will be the 9.8 for Afton and the Fuel for Mon Du lac. Little tuneup climbing at DM on Tues or Wed and rest of the week taking it easy after some suprisingly decent training the past two weeks. Will see on Sun!!

90+ degrees and dewpoint around 70% forcasted for sunday.bring lots of water.I plan on the bandito for the race.Lots of climbing thats smooth,and the downhills are short.Chris was leaning towards the full for his verdict.I don't think it will give an advantage though.
