We got a teenager in the house. Yikes! Jake turned 13 yesterday. Somebody go get me a cane.....my lower back hurts. We had 30 friends and family over. (about half under the age of 12)Sure enough it would rain during the bbq so we had to move things inside except I still did the grilling outside with my fleece hat and winter coat on. Later on it stopped raining so we hit the bb court and had some serious lightning games going on. The Ziegler boys were throwing it down with Papa Zigs going late with nephew Marco who was in it all the time. Bonfire into the night with a bunch of smores. Smores are one of the highlights of the summer. If I need a fix in the winter, I'll do them over the stove or in the micro.Boy, they are posting the results nice and quick on the Ski Sugar website. Midwest boys did quite alright today with Justin R in 7th and Chris P very nice in 2nd. Looks like two brother were 4th and 5th from Zieglerville, PA. Kinda like Zieglerville, MN near Rochert and the Mary Yellowhead Rd. Would of been fun to check out this new race site.
