Linda Cooper sent out an invite for a cross cookout for post Thursday night Cross festivites so thanks to Jonell covering dinner at the lodge and parents covering Jon's hockey and we went west. Drove through Hitterdal and noticed we missed the meatball and lutefisk dinner at Salem in Hitterdal this year. Dang. We used to go to Sundal but they had to pull the plug since the congregation was dying off and not enough young people around to fill the spots. That was the best church dinner. Out in the middle of no where north of Twin Valley. Anyways,
Good hard ride followed by beer, brats, burgers and brownies. Good people, good times. Thanks Linda.
The Great Plains folks have always lend a hand when asked. I think it took five just to help with the USADA folks at the UCI race.
Linda working the pulaski 4 years back when were were making some singletrack.
I wonder what James Kennedy is doing?
Troy and Julie rolling in yesterday afternoon. Another mountain bike wedding weekend on tap. Pumpkin Run on Saturday, church making meatballs in the kitchen Sat am, middle school dance, birthday party, hockey practice, and Jonell hosting the meatball dinner at church on Sunday, no shortage of business this weekend. It will all be good. Cheers!

I like your new location on your profile. My cousin might be at that wedding this weekend. Heather Boxell (I think thats how the last name is spelled) is her name. Go easy on her, she's pregnant.
